品種介紹：
新興梨的品種來自於日本新潟，和梨山的新興梨外型盡不相同，日本
品種較大形狀較長而梨山的型較圓，口感方面日本勝過梨山。
營養價值：
水梨的營養成份含蛋白質、脂肪、碳水化合物、蘋果酸、檸檬酸
、果糖、蔗糖、葡萄糖、維生素B1、B2、C等有機成分，還有鉀、鈣、
鎂、鐵、錳及高纖維素等成分。
